ARCH Program at Cru at Willows 

Cru at Willows is proud to participate in the A Regional Coalition for Housing program (ARCH). The ARCH program is a partnership of cities in East King County that have joined together to assist with preserving and increasing the supply of housing for low- and moderate-income households in the region. This program allows Cru at Willows to offer a selection of apartment homes with restricted rent pricing and requires income verification to qualify.

You may qualify for an income-limited home if your household income is at or below the following limits. 

Studio 70% of AMI
1-Bedroom 70% of AMI
2-Bedroom 70% of AMI 

Prospective residents will complete Cru at Willows standard rental screening process. Once complete, our leasing team will certify the income of the household to determine program eligibility. To be considered eligible the applicant must demonstrate that the total anticipated household income for the year after move-in is below a maximum income limit for the home. Eligible residents will receive a restricted rent that is capped at a maximum amount for a defined period. Ineligible applicants may not rent the income restricted unit.
