Maintenance

Maintenance prepares a home for move-in by cleaning thoroughly, making necessary repairs, painting if needed, checking utilities for functionality, ensuring safety measures like smoke detectors, addressing pest control if necessary, and will schedule the cleaning of your apartment.

If you need to submit a maintenance request, you can easily do so through the resident portal. For emergencies after hours, our dedicated emergency maintenance line is available for immediate assistance.

Our maintenance professionals will promptly address any maintenance issues by entering your unit and completing the requested work. After completion, they'll provide a detailed record of the tasks performed for your reference.

You do not need present in order for your maintenance request to be completed, you will however need to give us permission to enter your home.

During office hours, if you find yourself locked out, feel free to visit the office and request access from our staff. However, if you are locked out after-hours, you will need to arrange and pay for a locksmith to provide you with access to your apartment.

You have the freedom to decorate your apartment as you please without any penalties. However, it is important to remember that you will be responsible for restoring the apartment to its original condition before you received it or you may have move-out charges.

Yes, parking is available

All of our homes come with Washer/Dryers included.

Yes, we love our furry residents!

No more than 2 pets are permitted per home with a maximum weight of 75 pounds. Pets must be spayed and neutered. The following breeds are not permitted: (this includes mixed breeds and/or similar bloodlines) PitBulls, American Pit Bull/Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, Chow. Additional breeds may be added if deemed necessary. If we find that your pet displays aggressive behavior, they will not be permitted.

Yes we offer 3 - 14 month leases

You can access the fitness center 24/7.

No it does not cost to take a tour at Cru Willows.

You are welcome to schedule a tour in advance to ensure availability, however, walk-ins are always welcome at any time.

You can find someone in the office from Monday to Sunday during business hours.

You can conveniently apply for an apartment through our online portal, Rent Café.

Your application will typically be processed and approved within 3 to 5 business days.

Thoroughly understand the lease agreement before signing and consider renters insurance for added protection. Know your responsibilities for maintenance and repairs, and be familiar with your rights as a tenant. Document the rental unit's condition before moving in to prevent disputes. Maintain open communication with me or the property manager for any issues. Lastly, build a positive rental history by paying rent on time and being a respectful tenant.

There are multiple ways to make rent payments. You have the option to pay online using your bank account, credit card, or checking account. If you prefer to pay with a money order or cashier's check, you can utilize e-mobile deposit. Additionally, you can bring checks, money orders, or cashier's checks directly to the office. Choose the method that is most convenient for you to ensure timely rent payment.

You can pay your rent online through the resident portal.

Yes, you are required to maintain a renters insurance liability policy of $100,000 during your tenancy.

Guests are always welcome to visit, and we encourage you to host them while ensuring that they adhere to our Community Guidelines. Please remember that you are responsible for your guest's behavior during their visit. Additionally, please be mindful that overnight guests are limited to staying no more than 14 consecutive days within the lease term.

We do not offer subletting at our community.

You will need to pay 2 months of rent in addition to any concession that you received at time of move-in or renewal.
